Steve Schlecht is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in the Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) industry, specializing in manufacturing, logistics, warehousing, project management, and corporate planning.

Before joining Buske in December 2023, Mr. Schlecht spent formative years at major food and beverage manufacturers and leading consulting firms.

Additionally, Mr. Schlecht founded a successful logistics company, bringing industry knowledge and expertise to Buske.
